Probably next year you will get some first impressions.

Since the main theme is "dimension", this album will be released in 5.1 surround sound; so I recommend using your sound system instead of your phone to listen to it...

the trilogy

The first three are a concept albums: "1", "2" and "3" are each composed around a theme and complement each other.

As soon as I have finished all three, I will release a complete edition: all three albums in a set called "trinity".

What's this all about?

MausZ (translates to "M from Z") is a solo project with one goal in mind:
Do. It. Yourself.
All of it.

That doesn't just mean that I play every instrument myself: I use free and open source software and build my DAW with it; I take photos and create the cover art (also with FOSS); songs and albums are created and produced entirely by myself, including recording, mixing, mastering, upload and share; even this website is made by myself.

And if you're lucky and get hold of one of the strictly limited CDs (100 pieces worldwide per album): This is also completely self-made, numbered and, if desired, provided with a personal dedication.
